Biography

2023: Appeared in 15 games making two starts.. Earned three points from two goals and one assist.. Picked up four ground balls.. Scored a goal against USC.. Earned a SOG% of .600. 

2022: Appeared in two games during her junior season. Saw action against a ranked Rutgers team on March 5 and in a win against La Salle on March 9.

2021: Appeared in five games, totaling two goals and three assists. In a weekend series against Butler, Field scored a goal and had two assists in the first game (4/9) and tallied another goal and assist in the second matchup (4/11). Recorded two ground balls and a draw control to go along with three total shots. 

2020: Field started the first three games of her freshman year before sustaining a season-ending injury. She had five assists, one goal, four ground balls, two caused turnovers and two draw controls on the season. She recorded two assists, three groundballs, two caused turnovers and two draw controls in the Wildcats' 16-12 season-opening win over William & Mary (2/8). Field also had a season-high three assists at Cornell (2/15). She scored her only goal of the season in Villanova's 12-9 win on the road at No. 16 Navy (2/22). She was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week (2/11).

Cardinal Gibbons High School: Field was a four time varsity Lacrosse Letter Winner and team captain. She was a three-time state champion and earned All-Conference Honorable Mention. Field was also a member of the Carolina Fever Club Lacrosse from 2013-2018.

Personal: Field is the daughter of Ed and Barbara and has a sister Caroline and a brother Matthew. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling and shopping. When asked why she chose to attend Villanova, she explained it was for the excellent academics and top athletic program that would allow her to grow as a student-athlete on and off the field.
