Career: Has competed in six events in her career … Four-time selection to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and three-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
 
2021-22: Sat at the bow seat for the Villanova squad that finished sixth with a 13:02.816 at the Head of Schuylkill.
 
2020-21: Rowed in the bow seat of the varsity eight boat for the entire season as a freshman … After beginning the season with an exhibition against Drexel, the varsity eight squad opened competition with a first place finish in a dual against Delaware … The team recorded a time of 7:10.8 and tallied a two-second margin of victory over the Blue Hens … Helped the V8 squad win its heat by 2.1 seconds over Temple and Jefferson with a time of 6:40.3 at the Kerr Cup … Villanova came in second at George Mason in both the heats (6:44.0) and the grand final (6:47.1) … The team finished second in their heat at the Kelly Cup in 6:58.9 and qualified for the A final where they finished fourth overall in 7:02.6 … The varsity eight squad recorded a time of 6:50.47 and finished fifth at the CAA Championship.
 
Club Rowing: Competed for Mount Baker Crew and earned four varsity letters … Named her team’s Rookie of the Year in 2016 … Competed at the 2017 and 2018 Youth Regional Challenge in Sarasota, Fla., as well as the RowWest racing camp at the 2019 National Championship … Voted team captain by her teammates as a senior … High school teammate of current Villanova teammate Holly Hubbard.
 
Personal: Born 7/3/02 in Mercer Island, Wash. … One of four children of Todd Humphrey and Lawton Penn … Has three siblings: Maggie (28), Emmeline (22) and Evan (18) … Father played college hockey for University of Western Ontario and professionally for the Flint Generals … Enjoys painting, art, hiking and waterskiing … Chose to attend Villanova because she fell in love with the campus, the University’s academics and the people she interacted with upon visiting … Noted that she immediately felt at home and knew she would be able to achieve her academic and athletic goals at Villanova … Plans to pursue at Pre-Med track.
