Career: Has raced for Villanova in both the eights and the fours during her career … Has competed a total of 18 times over the past four seasons … Tabbed a CRCA Scholar-Athlete at the end of the 2021-22 season …  Eight-time selection to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and eight-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2021-22: Hit the water for six events with the Wildcats’ Second Varsity Eight boat … Raced to a sixth-place finish at the CAA Championships, crossing in 7:06.73 … Posted a 6:57.1 time in the Grand Final at the Mason Invitational, good enough for third … Part of the crew that defeated UConn in 7:10.57 and was second to Eastern Michigan with a time of 7:07.69 … Crossed second in the dual with La Salle and Drexel, posting a time of 8:00.3 … Competed with the Villanova group that landed 16
th at the Head of the Schuylkill at 14:03.497.

2020-21: Competed five times during the spring season … Prior to the beginning of the season rowed in the 2-seat of the Wildcats second varsity eight boat in an exhibition against Drexel … Opened the season in the third varsity eight boat against Delaware where the Wildcats recorded a third place finish with a time of 7:45.6 … Moved to the varsity four boat and rowed in the 3-seat for the remainder of the season … At the Kerr Cup the Wildcats placed third in their heat with a time of 7:36.9 and came in ahead of Temple … The V4 squad came in second in its heat with a time of 7:42.2 at George Mason and qualified for the grand final where they finished second in 7:47.8 and beat both Saint Joseph’s and Duquesne in the race … In the final two competitions of the season the varsity fours came in fourth at both the Kelly Cup (7:59.2) and the CAA Championship (7:55.59).

2019-20: Helped the third varsity eight boat (2-seat) finish 24
th out of 38 teams in the Club Championship Eights division at the Head of the Schuylkill and come in second in competition against UCF and Duquesne at the Metro Cup Regatta.

2018-19: Competed primarily in the novice eight lineup as a freshman … Villanova raced in the Freshman/Novice Eight competition at the Dad Vail Regatta and came in first in the Petite Final after finishing eighth in a time trial and third in its semifinal heat … The novice eight squad also bat Army West Point and Lafayette at the Kerr Cup and finished fourth in the Grand Final at the Cooper Invitational … The team came in third behind Oklahoma and Rutgers at the Cooper Sprints and was also third in competition against Saint Joseph’s and Delaware … Part of the novice four lineup (stroke) at the Rollins Invitational where the Wildcats notched a third place finish in their race.

Kellenberg Memorial High School: Earned two varsity letters in soccer … Winner of the Bernie Mack Commitment Award her sophomore year … Achieved Honor Roll status academically all four years and was a four-year inductee to the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 9/12/2000 in Merrick, N.Y. … Younger of two children of Thomas and Francine Fennessey … Has an older brother, Bernie (24) … Enjoys surfing, running and music in her spare time … Chose to attend Villanova for its sense of community and the caliber of student that the university attracts … Psychology major.
