Career: Has competed at 18 regattas and race in both the eights and the fours since joining the team prior to the 2018-19 campaign … Named a CRCA Scholar-Athlete following the 2021-22 season … Eight-time selection to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and eight-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
 
2021-22: Competed in seven events throughout the year, splitting time with the Varsity Four and Third Varsity Eight … Raced with the V4 to Villanova’s highest team finish at the 2022 CAA Championships, finishing third in 7:41.667 …  Helped the 3V8 to the Grand Final at the Mason Invitational, taking second at 7:21.5 …  Finished behind UConn in a V4 head-to-head with a time of 8:21.06 before defeating Eastern Michigan in 8:14.76 …. V4 turned in a sixth-place time of 8:26.35 at the Knecht Cup …  Opened the spring with the 3V8, taking second in a dual with La Salle and Drexel at8:22.8 …  Part of the boat that crossed in 13:54.449 in the Women’s Club Championship Eights at the Head of the Schuylkill, good enough got 14th.
 
2020-21: Did not compete at any official events during the abbreviated spring season.
 
2019-20: Competed in the third varsity eight lineup during the season … Was in the stroke seat as Villanova came in 24th against strong competition in the Club Championship Eights at the Head of the Schuylkill and placed second against UCF and Duquesne at the Metro Cup Regatta … Was in the 7-seat at the Navy Day Regatta and helped the Wildcats finish 10th in the JV8+ race.
 
2018-19: Helped the second varsity four squad come in second to Kansas at the George Mason Invitational, finish third at the Kerr Cup and qualify for the Petite Final against strong competition at the Cooper Sprints … The 2V4 team also was second in competition against Saint Joseph’s and Delaware … Was in the stroke seat for the third varsity eight boat which came in second in the Grand Final at the Cooper Invitational and tallied a win over Duquesne at the Rollins Invitational … Competed in the varsity eight boat (3-seat) which placed third in competition against Saint Joseph’s and Delaware … Helped the Wildcats finish 12th out of 50 teams in the Club Championship Eights at the Head of the Schuylkill … Competed in the Club Four race at the Kings Head Regatta.
 
Club Rowing: Competed for RowAmerica Rye for four years at the varsity level … Tallied an 11th place finish in the Women’s 2- at the US Rowing Youth Nationals in 2017 and a 10th place finish in the Women’s 2- at the Club National Championships the same year.
 
Ursuline School: Competed on the rowing team and also played junior varsity soccer and basketball during her scholastic career … Achieved Honor Roll status academically all four years … Inducted to the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Born 11/8/99 in Rye, N.Y. … One of three children of Frank and Rita Longo … Siblings are Alexandra (26) and Vincent (20) … Enjoys music, cooking, traveling and spending time with friends in her spare time … Chose to attend Villanova for the opportunity to get a great education while rowing at the Division I level … Noted that she looked forward to being a part of a close-knit community which would support her for the rest of her life … Nursing major.
