Career: Consistent piece of the Varsity Eight lineup in final two seasons … Recipient of the 2021-22 CAA Leadership and Sports Excellence Award for women’s water polo … Tabbed a CRCA Scholar-Athlete at the end of the 2021-22  and 2022-23 campaigns … Has been named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll all eight semesters of her collegiate career.
 
2022-23: Served as co-captain for the team this season, racing in every event … Helped the V4A team to a 17^th place finish (14:24.97) and the V8A shell to a 13^th place finish (13:20.60) at Navy Day … Competed again with the 4s at the Head of the Schuylkill for a 19^th place time of 15:00.493 before a seventh-place showing in the Championship 8s (13:18.897) … Turned in a fifth-place showing with the V8 at the Dos Hosea with a time of 6:55.88 … Crossed in 7:09.11 with the V8 for a third-place finish in the Knecht Cup Petite Final … Part of a V8 group that was sixth in the Grand Final at the Mason Invite with a time of 7:07.8 … Part of the V8 that posted a 5:57.97 winning time against UConn in head-to-head action and finished second to Bucknell in 6:03.73 … Helped the V8 to a fourth-place finish at the CAA Championships, crossing in 7:31.762.
 
2021-22: Part of Varsity Eight boat that was named CAA Boat of the Week in back-to-back weeks, the first such honors for the program … Competed in seven races throughout the season, all with the Varsity Eight … Captured fourth place at the CAA Championships with a 6:46.25 time … Part of back-to-back weekends that saw the Wildcats close the regular season with three wins … Landed in the Grand Final at the Mason Invitational, winning with a time of 6:30.5 … Defeated UConn by nearly seven seconds, crossing in 6:56.30 before taking down Eastern Michigan with a time of 6:39.28 … Crossed fifth at the Knecht Cup in 6:43.47 … Was second in the dual with Drexel and La Salle, posting a time of 7:26.6 … Part of the crew that placed 16th with a time of 14:03.497 at the Head of the Schuylkill.
 
2020-21: Competed in the Wildcats second varsity eight boat for the entire season … After an exhibition against Drexel in the team’s return to the water the 2V8 squad began the year with a first place finish in a dual against Delaware … Villanova posted a winning time of 7:15.8 and beat the Blue Hens by a margin of 5.4 seconds … At the Kerr Cup the second varsity eight team finished second in its heat with a time of 6:49.4 … The squad had a successful day at George Mason which began with winning their heat in 6:47.8 and edging Jacksonville by seven-tenths of a second at the finish line … Villanova qualified for the grand final and finished third in 6:59.7 … The 2V8 boat came in third at the Kelly Cup with a time of 7:01.3 and beat local teams from Penn and Saint Joseph’s … In the final competition of the year the 2V8 team finished third with a time of 6:56.42 at the CAA Championship.
 
2019-20: Helped the third varsity eight lineup (3-seat) finish 10^th in the JV8+ race at the Navy Day Regatta and second in competition against UCF and Duquesne at the Metro Cup Regatta … Competed in the varsity four lineup (bow) which tallied a 20^th place finish against strong competition in the Championship Fours at the Head of the Schuylkill.
 
East Chapel Hill High School: Competed on the varsity rowing and basketball teams in addition to playing junior varsity soccer during her scholastic career … As a freshman was the junior varsity team captain for basketball … Inducted to the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Born 1/16/01 in Elgin, Ill. … One of four children of Paul and Jan Krause … Siblings are Elliot, Alexandra and Emerson … Has played the violin since she was four years old and the viola since age 13 … Chose to attend Villanova for its commitment to academic excellence and the supportive campus community … Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences and has yet to declare a major.
