2019: Villanova Invitational (2/2): In her only competition of the indoor season tallied a personal best mark of 11.41 meters in the weight throw ... Came in 12th in the event at the Wildcats home meet.

2017: Competed four times in the shot put and recorded a new personal best mark during the season; Villanova Open (1/27): Made her season debut and finished 18th in the shot put at the Wildcats home meet with a mark of 10.63 meters; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Tied for a 15th place finish in the shot put with a throw of 11.33 meters at the second Villanova home meet; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Recorded a personal best mark of 11.35 meters in the shot put and notched a 16th place finish; BIG EAST Championships (2/25): Came in 14th in the shot put at the conference meet with a throw of 10.79 meters.

2016: Competed at seven meets during the season and threw both the shot put and the weight throughout the year; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/5): Made a successful collegiate debut with a first place finish in the weight throw and a runner-up finish in the shot put at the indoor season opener ... Had a winning mark of 10.86 meters in the weight throw and produced a mark of 9.84 meters in the shot put; Villanova Open (1/8): Recorded marks of 9.50 meters in the weight throw and 10.13 meters in the shot put; Gotham Cup (1/22): Threw the weight for 10.02 meters and the shot put for 10.66 meters; Covert Classic (1/30): Finished 15th in the shot put with a mark of 10.56 meters in a meet at Lehigh; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Posted a mark of 10.22 meters in the shot put; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Came in 16th in the shot put with a season-best throw of 11.13 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/27): Came in 10th in the shot put with a mark of 10.92 meters in her first career BIG EAST meet.

2019: Scored in the discus at the BIG EAST Championships for the fourth straight year ... Competed at four meets during the season, throwing the discus four times and the hammer on three occasions; Penn Challenge (3/23): Recorded throws of 37.95 meters in the discus and 35.18 meters in the hammer at the outdoor season opener; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Came in ninth in the discus with a throw of 38.09 meters and recorded a mark of 38.16 meters in the hammer; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Registered a personal best throw of 38.54 meters in the hammer and a season-best mark of 40.22 meters in the discus; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Came in seventh in the discus with a mark of 39.48 meters ... Tallied two team points to contribute towards the Wildcats winning the team title and completing their second straight BIG EAST "triple crown" with championships in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field.

2018: Recorded personal best marks in both the discus and the hammer during the season, and scored in the discus at the BIG EAST Championships ... Competed at five meets during the outdoor campaign; Penn Challenge (3/24): Opened the season by recording marks of 38.47 meters in the discus and 36.51 meters in the hammer; Colonial Relays (4/5): Competed in the university section of the hammer and threw for a distance of 32.86 meters; Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Had one of her best performances of the season, finishing first in the hammer and recording a personal best mark in the discus ... Registered a winning throw of 35.57 meters in the hammer ... Came in third in the discus, with her mark of 41.40 meters establishing a new personal best for the event; Lions Invitational (4/28): Came in fourth in the discus (38.11m) in the final tune-up before the BIG EAST Championships; BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Came in sixth in the discus with a mark of 36.63 meters ... Scored team points towards the Wildcats winning the BIG EAST title and completing an academic year 'triple crown' with conference championships in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field ... Also recorded a personal best mark of 36.56 meters in the hammer and tallied an 11th place finish on the first day of the conference meet.

2017: Competed six times in the discus and four times in the hammer during the season ... Was a BIG EAST scorer in the discus; Penn Challenge (3/25): Came in 13th in the discus with a throw of 36.69 meters and placed 15th in the hammer with a mark of 32.48 meters at the outdoor season opener; Colonial Relays (4/1): Finished 13th in the championship section of the discus with a throw of 35.89 meters; Sam Howell Invitational (4/8): Came in fifth in the discus (37.55m) at the meet; Haveford Invitational (4/26): Finished first in the discus with a season-best throw of 38.67 meters and also came in third in the hammer with a mark of 27.88 meters; Lions Invitational (4/28-4/29): Posted marks of 25.91 meters in the hammer and 38.14 meters in the discus; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Opened the BIG EAST meet by placing 12th in the hammer with a throw of 36.07 meters ... On the second day of the meet scored team points in the discus with a sixth place finish and a mark of 35.52 meters.

2016: Scored in the discus at the BIG EAST Championships and competed at a total of seven meets during the season; Penn Challenge (3/26): Came in fourth in the discus, where her then-personal best mark of 40.99 meters put her into fifth place on the all-time Villanova performance list ... Also came in 12th in the hammer at the outdoor season opener with a mark of 32.69 meters; Colonial Relays (4/2): Finished fifth in the unseeded section of the discus with a mark of 38.35 meters; Sam Howell Invitational (4/8): Came in sixth in the discus (38.93m); Princeton Outdoor Invite (4/16): Finished seventh in the discus with a mark of 37.90 meters; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/23): Measured a throw of 36.45 meters in the discus to finish in 17th place; Lions Invitational (4/30): Finished ninth in the discus (38.56m) at the meet; BIG EAST Championships (5/13-5/14): Scored team points in the discus, finishing sixth and recording a mark of 39.44 meters at the conference meet ... Also came in 11th in the hammer with a throw of 35.80 meters.

Manheim Township High School: Earned four varsity letters in track & field while competing in the 100 meters, 200 meters, shot put and discus ... Also was a varsity swimmer her sophomore year ... Earned a sixth place finish in the discus at the 2015 PIAA state championships, where her throw of 39.04 meters was a personal best and also broke a school record that had stood for over 30 years ... In addition to holding the school record in the discus, recorded throws in the shot put that rank in the top five on the school's performance list during both her junior and senior seasons ... Two-time district qualifier in the discus as a junior and a senior ... Also a district qualifier in the shot put as a senior and was a New Balance Nationals qualifier in the discus ... Recipient of her school's Joanne Walker Award as a senior ... Achieved Honor Roll status academically all four years ... Four-year member of Interact Club through Rotary International ... Founder of her high school's first vegetable garden as a senior.
