CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS
Two-time BIG EAST champion and the second-fastest performer in school history in the 400 meter hurdles ... Won her second title in as many years with a time of 58.01 at the 2025 conference championships ... The time is the ninth-fastest in school history and was the best time for a Villanova runner in more than 20 years ... She surged into second place in school history on the 400 meter hurdles performance list, one spot ahead of her mother Debbie Grant whose collegiate PR was 58.37 and who is also still the school record holder in the 800 meters ... Allen is a three-time BIG EAST outdoor champion and a six-time All-BIG EAST performer through her first two collegiate seasons ... She ran the third leg of a champion 4x400 meter relay outdoors in 2024 and anchored the relay to a silver medal this past year ... Qualified for the USATF U20 Championships in the 400 meter hurdles following her first collegiate season in 2024 ... In a stretch that spanned the end of the 2025 indoor season and the start of the outdoor campaign, she lowered her PR in the 400 meters in four consecutive races ... Her current mark of 54.70 puts Allen eighth on the all-time Villanova performance list ... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 400 meter hurdles as a sophomore and was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... Two-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and has been named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in all four of her semesters on campus.
