CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

One of the nation's top distance runners who is a four-time collegiate All-American ... Has developed into one of Villanova's best-ever performers in cross country along with the 5000 meters and 10000 meters on the track ... Her 15th place finish in cross country at the 2024 NCAA Championships was the best by a Villanova runner in 11 years ... Owns five of the eight fastest times in school history in the 10K and is ranked second on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the event ... Doubled in the 10K and the 5K at the NCAA Championships ... Won the 2025 Penn Relays title in the 10K with a personal best time of 32:39.54 which is the fourth fastest mark in the history of the world's oldest and largest track & field meet ... Sigfstead is the fourth Villanova woman to be an individual champion at the Relays, joining school record holder Carole Zajac as 10K champions ... Owns the No. 3 (15:44.11) and No. 8 (15:52.27) fastest indoor times in school history in the 5000 meters, as well as the No. 8 outdoor time (15:55.00) ... At the 2024 indoor BIG EAST Championships she became the first Villanova athlete in 12 years to win the women's 5K ... Also won the bronze medal in the 3000 meters at the meet ... Gold medalist in the U20 race at the Canadian Cross Country Championships in Ottawa in 2021 ... Led the 6K race from start to finish and cruised across the finish line with a margin of victory of well over a minute ...The race took place just after her freshman collegiate season and one week following the NCAA Championships ...
