Donny Speas serves as an assistant track and cross-country coach since August of 2025 and primarily work with the men's distance runners.

Before Speas came to Villanova, he interned for Salt Lake Community College and worked for The Stride Report tasked with overseeing all high school content.

Speas graduated from Pima Community College in 2023, and Marshall University in 2025.
