Emily Morrissey serves as the assistant director of equipment operations for Villanova Athletics, joining the staff in 2026.

Morrissey previously worked at Wake Forest, spearheading equipment duties for women's basketball, volleyball and track & field. Prior to that, she was at Stanford as an intern prior to an elevation to a full time role in March 2024.

Emily earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a specialization in Media Production at Villanova in 2023. She spent four seasons on the VU water polo team and worked as a summer equipment intern after graduation.
