Villanova Univeristy Athletics

Erin Campbell serves as the compliance coordinator at Villanova Athletics, a position held since August of 2025. She serves as the compliance contact for water polo, men's and women's swimming and diving, women's tennis and is the secondary contact for men's and women's track and field and cross country.

Campbell makes a return to Villanova after previously serving as the compliance intern for the 2023-24 academic year. In between stints at Villanova, Campbell worked for a year as the assistant compliance coordinator at West Chester University.

Prior to her intern year at VU, Campbell worked as a sports information graduate assistant and one-semester compliance intern at WCU.

Originally from York, Pa., Campbell earned a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and English at Penn State University in 2020, then completed a Master of Public Administration degree with a certification in Athletic Administration and Sports Management at West Chester in 2023.
