Lara Daskivich serves as the Director of Athletics Development Operations, joining the Villanova Athletic Fund in January 2026.
She's been at Villanova since 2018, previously serving as the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Villanova School of Business from 2018-21 and as the Associate Director of Stewardship and Endowment Services from 2021 until her recent promotion.
In her current role, Daskivich provides strategic and operational leadership to support the fundraising efforts of the Villanova Athletics Development team. She serves as the primary point of contact for programmatic decisions related to alumni engagement, annual appeals, communications, data, events and stewardship.
Daskivich is a 1999 graduate of the University of Mary Washington and currently resides in Downingtown with her husband Matt and children Ellery and Sam.
