Maggie Flynn serves as an assistant athletic trainer at Villanova, joining the staff in July 2026. In this role, Maggie handles training duties for VU's field hockey and rowing teams.
Prior to Villanova, Maggie spent two years as an AT with RWJ Barnabas working with multiple sports organizations including Seton Hall, Rutgers, Gotham FC and NJ Devils. She also worked as an athletic trainer for Rothman Orthopedics, assisting surgeons with their day-to-day clinical duties.Â
Maggie earned her degree in May 2022 at Duquesne University where she was a member of the women's lacrosse team. She then continued her education at the University of Oregon while completing her fifth year of lacrosse eligibility in 2023.Â
Maggie is an avid runner and has completed the New York City Marathon in 2024 along with the Philadelphia Half Marathon in 2026.Â
