Nova Athletics Student Tickets

Athletics student tickets are managed through the Nova Athletics Student Tickets app. Please download this app in order to earn points, enter lotteries, transfer/cancel your tickets and attend games. Please log in using your Villanova log-in. In addition, Villanova Athletics and The Nation will communicate important changes and updates through the app. Please allow push notifications in your settings in order to have the most up to date information.

Please note: selling lottery received student tickets is strictly prohibited. This includes physically selling a ticket in return for any type of payment, as well as intent to sell a ticket, such as posting an advertisement online. If a student is found selling or having intent to sell their lottery received ticket, this student will be removed from the lottery system for the remainder of the season, thus not being considered for either the BIG EAST Tournament or NCAA Tournament.

3. How are my points awarded?
Points are awarded by ticket scan within 48 hours of game time.

4. What if my ticket doesn't scan or I am missing points from a game or from The Nation?
New this season, if your ticket does not scan or you are missing points from a game, you may submit an appeal through the app. You can find this on the "more" tab. You will only have two weeks after a game to have your points adjusted. The Nation points will be uploaded weekly on Fridays.

5. What should I do if I win tickets to a game, but can no longer attend?
If you win a ticket and can no longer attend, you have two options which are equal points-wise (0 points):
  1. You may transfer the ticket to a friend through the app. Please note that the transfer must be accepted by the recipient.
  2. You may cancel your ticket which goes to the next student on the waitlist.
You may do either of these options until the end of the transfer/cancel period (24 hours before tip off for Finn Games and 48 hours before tip off for Wells Fargo Center games) unless otherwise noted. Please make sure you check the app for the transfer/cancel period deadline. If you transfer/cancel, your point total will not be affected. However, if you keep your ticket and do not attend, you will lose 40 points.

6. Does my class year affect my chances of winning tickets?
Only full-time undergraduate and full-time graduate/law students are eligible for the student ticket lottery. There is no preferential treatment of weight based on the year of a student. The system is designed to reward students who attend and try to attend games.

7. How will I receive tickets if I win?

Simply show your mobile ticket which is housed within the app. Just click on "View Card". It will always be in the app, but it will be turned on or off based upon if you have access to a game.

8. How can I make sure I don't miss important updates?
Allow push notifications on the app! We will be using push notifications to share important updates and reminders on deadlines.

9. What should I do if I have trouble accessing my mobile ticket on game day?

If you have any issues accessing your student ticket, you may go to the student ticket window at Villanova Stadium, Finneran Pavilion or Wells Fargo Center for assistance.

10. How can I attend football, women's basketball and men's lacrosse games?

You may attend football, women's basketball and men's lacrosse games by showing your mobile ticket which will be housed within the app by clicking on "View Card". Your wildcard is not valid for entry.

For football and men's lacrosse games, you may enter Villanova Stadium using any general fan gate.  For men's basketball and women's basketball games, you may enter Finneran Pavilion using the main entrance.
