VILLANOVA, Pa. (AP) - Ducarmel Augustin ran for 133 of his career-high 147 yards in the second half, and scored three touchdowns as Villanova won its second straight game in a 45-16 romp over Northeastern Saturday.

Augustin scored on runs from 11 and 10 yards out in the third quarter as the Wildcats broke open a 10-0 halftime lead. Augustin added another 10-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter for Villanova (5-3, 4-2 Atlantic 10).

Northeastern (1-6, 0-4), which lost its sixth straight, got a 4-yard touchdown run by Sean Connor and a 1-yard TD run by Adam Browne.

After a sluggish first quarter which featured eight punts and one first down, Villanova took a 7-0 lead on its first possession in the second quarter. A 17-yard pass from Chris Boden to Brian White capped a nine-play, 82-yard drive. Boden also connected with White on a 12-yard scoring pass in the fourth quarter.

It was the 32nd consecutive game in which Boden has thrown for a touchdown. Boden finished 22-of-26 passing for 242 yards, and became the Atlantic 10's career passing leader with 9,328 yards.
