Villanova Football Upended By William & Mary, 45-10

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) - David Corley threw four touchdown passes Saturday to lead William & Mary to a 45-10 victory over Villanova.

Corley, a redshirt freshman, has started only two games for the Tribe (2-3, 2-1 Atlantic 10) but has thrown four touchdowns in each game.

William & Mary racked up 35 first-half points and 482 yards of total offense for the game. Four different receivers caught Corley's TD passes.

Jimmy Cerminaro's 13-yard interception return put the Tribe up 28-10 with 8:04 remaining in the second quarter.

Chris Boden was 20-of-36 with a touchdown and two interceptions for Villanova (3-3, 2-2), ranked 19th in Division I-AA. The Wildcats ran for only 89 yards on 32 carries.
