MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the sports medicine program is to provide quality healthcare for the student-athletes of Villanova University. The scope of sports medicine services encompasses various domains that include prevention, injury recognition, treatment, rehabilitation, education and counseling that will enable the student athlete to maintain an optimal quality of life beyond the span of their athletic competition. The sports medicine staff will work in conjunction with the team physicians and athletic administration to ensure that every student athlete receives quality care throughout their career at Villanova University.
