PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Newly appointed Temple men's basketball coach Fran Dunphy, chairman of the National American Cancer Society's Coaches vs. Cancer Council and Saint Joseph's head coach Phil Martelli are the co-chairs of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Coaches vs. Cancer. They along with their wives Ree Dunphy and Judy Martelli as well as John and Donna Giannini, John and Jeanne Chaney, Jay and Patty Wright and Bruiser and Rene Flint are hosting the Third Annual Coaches vs. Cancer BasketBALL.

The Ball will be held Saturday, April 29th, 2006 from 6:30 PM - 12:00 AM at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue (Broad and Walnuts streets). The event will feature exclusive live and silent auctions. Cocktails and the silent auction begin at 6:30 PM, dinner will be served at 8:00 PM.
