VILLANOVA, Pa. – Later this month, Villanova fans will get the chance to take a sneak peek at their new-look Wildcats at the Summer Jam Open Practice on Monday, July 27 at 4 p.m. at Finneran Pavilion.
 
Head coach Kevin Willard will lead his squad at the on-court workout. The 2026-27 Wildcats roster includes a host of new faces, including prominent transfers Kwame Evans, Jr. (Oregon), Devin Royal (Ohio State), Elijah Crawford (UIC), Darryl Simmons II (St. Bonaventure), and Jake Fiegen (Cornell). They are joined by returning starters Tyler Perkins and Matt Hodge along with promising freshmen Adam Oumiddoch and Luigi Suigo. Wade Chiddick and Nico Onyekwere also return for 2026-27 with freshman Carter Fisk and graduate student Brady Muller also on board.
 
Following the workout, current team members will be available for an autograph signing session.

The 2026-27 Wildcats will open the 2026-27 regular season on Sunday, Nov. 1 vs. Notre Dame at the Eternal City Tipoff in Rome. The Villanova non-conference schedule will be announced in the coming weeks followed in September by the complete 2026-27 slate.
 
Last season, Villanova finished 24-9 and returned to the NCAA Tournament as Willard set a new program standard for victories by a first-year head coach.
