SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Villanova men's tennis team concluded their 2011 season this afternoon after falling, 4-2, to Connecticut for the play-in game of the BIG EAST Tournament.

Trenton Alenik and Matt Colonnese were the victors of the day, defeating Jai Yoon, 6-3, 6-1, and Wei Lin, 6-3, 3-6, 6-0, at the No. 2 and No. 6 singles positions.

The Wildcats were swept in doubles action.
