VILLANOVA, Pa. - In the first of two matches on the day the Villanova Wildcats were beaten by nationally ranked #17 UC San Diego 6-1. The only point of the day came from Tim Abbracciamento's singles match.

In number three singles Tim Abbracciamento defeated UC San Diego's Rajeev Herekar 6-4, 6-1.

The Wildcats willcompete in the 126th Annual Pacific Coast Men's Doubles Championship.
