GREEN BAY, Wis. - Villanova University offensive tackle Vince Kowalski (Williamstown, N.J.) has signed a free agent contract with the Green bay Packers.

The 6-4, 305 pound Kowalski started all 48 games of his Wildcat career. As a senior in 2014, Kowalski helped lead Villanova to an 11-3 overall record and a spot in the NCAA quarterfinals. Kowalski anchored a Wildcat offensive line that led the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) in both scoring offense (37.7 ppg.) and rushing offense (242.9 yards per game).

For his efforts last season, Kowalski was a first team All-CAA selection. He was a third team All-Conference honoree as a sophomore in 2012.

Kowalski is the second Wildcat to sign a NFL contract this season joining tight end Earnest Pettway who signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in early May.
