  • Villanova has won eight straight games at Wells Fargo Center to match its longest win streak in the building. In addition to the eight consecutive victories, the Wildcats have also won 16 of 17 and 19 of their last 21 contests at the venue since the start of the 2012-13 season.
  • The previous eight-game win streak lasted from February 22, 2014 to March 7, 2015. The lone loss in the past 17 games was an overtime defeat to Providence (82-76) on January 24, 2016.
  • Villanova has won 15 straight non-conference games at Wells Fargo Center (including NCAA Tournament games) since a loss to Memphis on January 6, 2004. The overall records for the Wildcats in the building are 52-34 (.606) in all games and 17-4 (.810) versus non-conference foes.
  • Tonight's score of 113-77 is the most points that Villanova has ever scored in a game at Wells Fargo Center. The previous high was 105 points against St. John's in a 105-68 win on March 7, 2015. The other 100+ point game in the building was 102 points against Syracuse on February 7, 2009.
  • Villanova reached the 100-point plateau tonight for the 65th time in school history and the 15th time in the Jay Wright era. The last 100-point game for the Wildcats was against St. John's in last year's BIG EAST Championship, a 108-67 win on March 9, 2017. The 113 points tonight is the most since the Wildcats had 114 points against Redlands on November 22, 2003.
  • Tonight's win is the third by more than 30 points at the Wells Fargo Center for Villanova. The other such games were a 37-point margin against St. John's (105-68) on March 7, 2015 and a 31-point margin against Delaware (78-47) on November 30, 2014.
  • Villanova set a school record with 13 blocked shots in tonight's game. The previous record of 12 blocks had been accomplished on four occasions ââ'¬" against Georgetown on February 1, 1988; against Boston College on February 5, 1994; against West Virginia on February 4, 1997; and against Delaware on March 15, 2000.
  • Villanova shot .575 (42-73), its second-highest percentage in a game at the Wells Fargo Center. It trailed only the .653 (32-49) field goal percentage against Marquette last season on January 7, 2017.
  • Junior forward Mikal Bridges had career highs of 23 points and four blocked shots in 27 minutes of action. Bridges was 7-of-11 from the field, including 4-of-7 from three-point range, and went 5-of-6 at the line. His previous career highs were 20 points against Marquette on January 24, 2017 and three blocked shots on four occasions. Bridges also tied a career high with four assists and reached that total for the fifth time.
