GAINESVILLE, Fla.—Senior thrower Jack Judge (Palisades, N.Y.) opened a busy weekend of competition for Villanova by competing in the javelin at the Pepsi Florida Relays on Thursday night.  Judge threw for a distance of 60.08 meters and placed 13^th in his section.  He tallied the mark on his first of three throws at the meet. 
 
Judge surpassed 60 meters for the third time in his career and the second time in as many meets to open his final collegiate season.  The veteran member of the Wildcats throwing group qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary last year, when he also won his first career BIG EAST title.
