VILLANOVA, Pa. – Villanova celebrated its 2018-19 season Thursday night inside the Finneran Pavilion with the Nova Nation, University officials, and a host of Men's Basketball alumni.

Senior guard
Phil Booth was the recipient of the Villanova Basketball Award, the program's highest honor. This product of Baltimore, Md., closed a storied career with 1,507 points as a Wildcat, earning Philadelphia Big Five Player of the Year and Most Outstanding Player at the BIG EAST Tournament honors.

Senior forward
Eric Paschall, meanwhile, received the Most Outstanding Player Award after averaging 16.6 points and 6.1 rebounds per game for the Wildcats in 2018-19. The native of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., was a first team All-BIG EAST and All-Philadelphia Big Five choice.

Sophomore Dhamir Cosby Roundtree took home the Villanova Attitude Award. Senior
Joe Cremo and sophomore
Collin Gillespie were winners of the Jake Nevin Award while senior
Tim Delaney earned the Alexander Severance Award. The Paul Arizin Award went to sophomore forward
Jermaine Samuels.

Former Wildcat guard and current executive B.J. Johnson of the Brooklyn Nets received the Alumni Appreciation Award. The Joe Walters Special Recognition Award went to Joe and Angie Campolo.

Student manager Chris Montie received the Teresa and Joseph J. Martini '61 Endowed Scholarship from the award's namesake, Randy Foye. Fellow student manager Jim Murray was named the recipient of the Christopher M. Dincuff Memorial Scholarship.

The Nova Nation Award went to members of the 30
th Anniversary Special Olympics Opening Ceremony Planning Committee.

Villanova finished 26-10 in 2018-19, earning the BIG EAST regular season and tournament titles. It finished ranked No. 20 in the USA Today Coaches poll.
