VILLANOVA, Pa. - After a very successful season that saw 23 athletes named to the All-BIG EAST Team, Villanova today announced its 2019-20 schedule. The Wildcats will be on the road for a majority of the season, but do have three home meets against Georgetown, Providence and UConn.

Villanova opens the year with a road contest against Pittsburgh before hosting the Hoyas on Nov. 2. They travel to Penn for a competition with the Quakers on Nov. 8, but then take to West Virginia for the WVU Mountaineer Invite. The Wildcats close out 2019 against La Salle on Nov. 26.

A road test against Princeton looms on Jan. 1. Following that, the men's team hosts Providence on Jan. 11. Villanova's women's team travels to Rutgers and Richmond before the WIldcats host UConn on Jan. 25. They close out January with meets against West Virginia and Penn State.

Villanova's women's team will be looking to earn its seventh straight conference title, while the men's team will be looking to improve upon last year's fourth-place finish at the BIG EAST Championships, which are scheduled for Feb. 26-29. From there, the Wildcats have National Invitational Championships and NCAA National Championships in March.
