Villanova, Pa.- Villanova women's soccer head coach
Chris McLain and his staff signed Megan Donnelly on National Signing Day. Donnelly is a forward and goes to Pine Richland High School and plays club soccer for Beadling North.
"I guess the theme of this year's recruiting class is attack, attack, attack.," shared McLain. "Crafty, technical, extraordinary around the goal, Megan is another great attacking option we have up front. Defensive lines will also have their hands full with this one, because if you give her space she will make you pay. Excited to have her join the Villanova family and we are excited to see a player of this caliber in and around the goal."
Donnelly earned All-American honors during her sophomore season at Pine Richland and helped lead Beadling North to a Regional Championship in 2018.
Donnelly chose Villanova because, "the promising future of what the soccer team could accomplish and respectable academics."
