VILLANOVA, PA. – The Villanova University women's basketball team will pause team activities due to COVID protocols and issues involving a previous opponent.
 
Due to the pause, Villanova's game at Providence on Wednesday, Dec. 16, is postponed. Villanova is scheduled to host Creighton on Dec. 19 and Connecticut on Dec. 22.
 
The Wildcats are currently 6-0 overall and 1-0 in BIG EAST Conference play.
