Facing Off: The Villanova Wildcats will open road play this Saturday when they travel to Hempstead, New York to take on the Hoftra Pride. Game time is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. and can be seen on LSN.
A Look at Villanova: The Wildcats picked up their first win of the season Tuesday afternoon when they defeated No. 4 Maryland, 13-12. This was the second time in program history the Wildcats took down the Terrapins, the first came in 2017.

Keegan Khan dished out the assist to collect his 100
th career points. The junior is the 27
th player all-time to reach the milestone.
Senior captain
Connor Kirst leads the Wildcats with 12 points this season on seven goals and five assists while Khan and
Colin Crowley both have nine. Kirst and Khan finished with five points apiece against Maryland while
Patrick Daly had four and
Corey McManus three.
On defense,
Patrick Kennedy has a team high seven caused turnovers and 13 ground balls on the season.

Dan Fisher has split faceoffs this season and are a combing 33-for-95 over the first three games. In goal has been
Will Vitton. The sophomore keeper had a season high 14 saves against Maryland and has 31 on the year.
A Look at Hofstra: The Pride are 2-0 entering Saturday's game with wins against Wagner and Michigan to open the season. Lead the team his season is Ryan Tierney, who is coming off an eight-point performance against Michigan. The senior attack has a team high 12 points while junior Dylan McIntosh has seven and rookie Justin Sykes has six. Take faceoffs for the Pride will be Brian Herber who is 35-for-52 over the first two games with a team high 21 ground balls. In goal has been Bobby Casey for Hofstra, the redshirt junior has 16 saves and a .500 save percentage in just over 117 minutes between the pipes.
