VILLANOVA, Pennsylvania – Nine Villanova student-athletes were named to the 2020 Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) Women's Scholar-Athlete team.  In addition, the Wildcats recorded the 46th highest GPA in the nation across all divisions and the club level.

In order to make the team, student-athletes must be active participants on the team and a full-time student at the institution which nominated them.  Active participation includes the requirement to have played in at least one league game during the season.  Nominees must achieve a GPA of 3.20 or higher.  The list is divided into three sections based on GPA: Outstanding (4.00-3.71), Superior (3.70-3.41) and Excellent (3.40-3.20).
