Villanova announced a pause in women's basketball team activities on Tuesday due to COVID-19 issues within the program.
 
In conjunction with this news, the BIG EAST announced that the Wildcats next three games: home vs. Providence on Jan. 13; at Connecticut on Jan. 16; and home versus DePaul on Jan. 20 have been postponed. No makeup dates have been announced.
 
The Wildcats are currently 8-2 overall and 3-2 in BIG EAST Conference play.
