Villanova has announced a pause in women's basketball team activities due to COVID-19 issues within the program.
 
In conjunction with this news, the BIG EAST announced that the Wildcats next three games: at Creighton on Feb. 6; at Providence on Feb. 8; and home versus DePaul on Feb. 12 have been postponed. No makeup dates have been announced.
 
The Wildcats are currently 11-3 overall and 6-3 in BIG EAST Conference play.
