th-ranked Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (8-2-2) on a neutral field in Richmond, Va.
The Wildcats squared off with the nationally ranked Chanticleers and confidently went into the half 0-0. The Villanova defense was on full display limiting Coastal Carolina to minimal scoring opportunities. Netminder

The Chanticleers struck late in the 74
th minute of the match when Emile Rzepecki dished out an assist to Connor Pugh for the lone goal of the match.
