RICHMOND, VA. – CAA Football today announced its weekly award winners for week 3 of the spring football season. Villanova sophomore wide receiver Rayjoun Pringle (Dumfries, Va./ Hayfield Secondary School) was named the league's Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in Saturday's 16-13 win at Stony Brook.

In the victory, Pringle tallied a career-high nine receptions for a career-best 171 yards and a 49-yard touchdown catch for his first career score. The touchdown grab came in the second quarter to give Villanova a 13-0 lead.

Pringle and the Wildcats return to action on Saturday, March 13, when Rhode Island visits Villanova Stadium for the home opener. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
