Villanova owned a 40-39 advantage on the backboards.

Siegrist has had a great deal of success versus DePaul throughout her Wildcat career. In seven career games against the Blue Demons, Siegrist has tallied 197 points (28.1 ppg.) and 73 rebounds (10.4 rpg.) and has shot .563 from the field (80-of-142). Her seven scoring efforts versus DePaul have included 31, 29, 19, 30, 31, 25 and 32 points.

The Wildcats checked in at No. 15 in this week's Associated Press Top 25. This is the seventh straight week that the Wildcats have been ranked. Villanova was in the Top 25 for five straight weeks earlier in the season before falling out on Dec. 19.

In last Wednesday's win at St. John's, Siegrist became the all-time leading scorer in the history of Philadelphia Division I women's college basketball. Siegrist currently has 2,631 career points. Gabriela Marginean owned the previous record with 2,581 points. Marginean played for current Wildcat head coach Denise Dillon at Drexel from 2006-10.

By Scoring 20 or more points in all 28 games this season, Siegrist owns the second longest streak of 20-plus games to start a season in the last 20 years of Division I women's college basketball. Former Washington star Kelsey Plum leads the list by scoring 20 or more points in all 35 games of the 2016-17 season.

Dalce currently leads the BIG EAST in blocked shots with 63 for an average of 2.2 blocks per contest. This also ranks her 15th in the country in the blocked shots category. Dalce needs three more blocks to set the Villanova single season blocked shot record. The record is currently owned by Lisa Ortlip who had 65 blocks during the 1978-79 season.

Following Tuesday night's contest, Villanova returns to action on Friday, Feb. 24, when Providence comes to town for Senior Night. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
