Wildcats to Host Robert Morris Sunday in Charity Exhibition

Contest at Finneran Pavilion to benefit Team Impact

VILLANOVA, Pa., - Villanova is set to meet Robert Morris Sunday afternoon in a charity exhibition game to benefit Team Impact. It is the first on-campus exhibition contest since the Wildcats hosted Drexel in Jake Nevin Field House ahead of the 2017-18 regular season.

The game tips off at 12:05 p.m. Former Wildcats Steve Pinone and Kris Jenkins will describe the action on a Villanova Flo Sports live stream. The Villanova IHeart Radio Network will also be courtside with Ryan Fannon and Whitey Rigsby beginning their 27th season together as the radio voices of Villanova Men's Basketball.

Team Impact matches children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams, creating a long-term, life-changing experience for everyone involved.

In 2024-25 returnees Eric Dixon and Jordan Longino serve as the anchors of the Wildcats' attack. They are joined by five transfers. That group includes guard Jhamir Brickus (La Salle); forward Enoch Boakye (Fresno State); guard Kris Parker (Alabama); guard Tyler Perkins (Penn) and guard Wooga Poplar. Dixon was named Preseason First Team All-BIG EAST in a vote by the league's head coaches while Poplar was a third team choice.

Following the game, Villanova's official collective "Friends of Nova" will host an autograph session for fans. Both the Wildcats' women's squad – which opens its regular season at Finneran Pavilion on Nov. 10 vs. Wake Forest – and the men's team will sign autographs once the exhibition game is finished.

Robert Morris finished 10-22 in 2023-24. It is led by head coach Andy O'Toole.

Tickets remain available for Sunday's exhibition game and can be purchased at the link above this story.
