PHILADELPHIA (November 30, 2024) – Earlier tonight, the final pod matchup of the Big 5 season decided the seedings and championship game for the second annual Toyota Men's Big 5 Classic.

With an 83-75 win over Temple on their home court at John Glaser Arena, La Salle finished pod play a perfect 2-0 to land a spot in the Championship game. The Explorers will face off against defending champion Saint Joseph's Hawks (2-0) on December 7 at Wells Fargo Center at 7:00 p.m. ET.  

Game 2 game will feature Villanova and Temple who both finished 1-1 in their respective pods at 4:30 p.m.

Drexel finished 0-2 in Pod 1 and will match up against Penn (0-2) in Game 1 to start the tripleheader at 2:00 p.m. Below are the matchups and game times for Saturday's tripleheader.
