LOS ANGELES, CALIF. – Villanova falls in Los Angeles 6-2 in game two of their series against Loyola Marymount.
Loyola Marymount scored the first six runs of the game before Villanova got on the board in the eighth. Villanova's comeback would be short lived as the pitching for the Lions continued to dominate the game.

- B Casillas hit a single, scoring another run in the fifth for the Lions, 5-0.
- Diego Baqueiro scored on fielders' choice in the seventh, 6-0 Lions.
- A Jack O'Reilly doubled and wild pitch scored Trent Toole and Jason Neff in the eighth, 6-2.
