Mobile, AL -- Villanova University cornerback Isas Waxter (Newark, N.J.)  has been named to the 2025 Reese's Senior Bowl Preseason Watch List. 

The Reese's Senior Bowl, which is coming off a record-breaking year with 110 total draft picks (43 percent of the entire 2024 draft class) and 10 first-round selections, kicks off at 1:30 p.m. CT at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama, on Saturday, February 1, 2025.   

This year's 12th annual list is comprised of an all-time record 859 prospects.  This total number is up significantly from past years due to the new addition of specialists and underclassmen, as well as the inclusion of many fifth and sixth-year seniors opting to use their extra Covid year of eligibility.  All the prospects who made the cut were evaluated by the Senior Bowl staff. 

Waxter was one of the team's most dynamic defensive players a year ago and started all 13 games while recording 26 tackles, including four tackles for loss. He added three interceptions and eight pass breakups to his stat line and was part of a defense that ranked sixth nationally during the regular season by allowing just 290.2 total yards per game.
