Men’s Swimming Travels to Providence

VILLANOVA, Pa. – The Villanova men's swimming team heads to Providence on Nov. 8 for a matchup with the Friars. Competition is set to begin at 12 p.m.

The last time these teams met, the Wildcats earned a 147-75 victory, finishing the day with 25 top three performances, including 10 first-place finishes.

Gavin Jones paced the Wildcats with wins in the 200 Free (1:42.42) and the 200 Back (1:55.18). The A, B, and C relay teams also swept the top three spots in the 400 Medley relay.

First-place finishes came from Melson Arquillano in the 200 Fly (1:53.84), Owen Nye in the 1000 Free (9:44.03), Justin Nowicki in the 200 IM (1:55.03), and Aiden Bunker in the 200 Breast (2:12.68).
