NEW YORK - Villanova Swimming and Diving saw 24 student-athletes earn All-BIG EAST honors after strong performances at the BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championships presented by Jeep, held last week at FAST in Ocala, Florida.
All-BIG EAST recognition is awarded to competitors who place among the top three in any individual or relay event at the conference championships. Across the conference, 45 women and 41 men received honors. Villanova paced all women's programs with 14 honorees, while 10 members of the men's team earned All-BIG EAST distinction.
Leading the Wildcats were Carlota Colomer Guasch, the 2026 BIG EAST Women's Most Outstanding Swimmer, and Anna Farley with seven All-BIG EAST selections each.
Guasch captured conference titles in the 50 Free, 100 Free and 200 Free, while also swimming on Villanova's championship-winning 200 Medley, 800 Free, 200 Free and 400 Free relay teams. Farley claimed the 200 Fly title, added a silver medal in the 200 IM and a bronze finish in the 100 Fly, and was a member of the first-place 800 Free, 200 Free and 400 Free relays as well as the runner-up 400 Medley relay.
On the men's side, Justin Nowicki recorded four All-BIG EAST performances, including gold in the 400 IM, silver in the 200 Fly and bronze finishes in the 200 IM and 800 Free relay.
