NEW YORKÂ - Creighton's Josh Dix and
Acaden Lewis from Villanova earned the final BIG EAST Men's Basketball weekly honors of the 2025 calendar year. Â Dix posted a full stat line in the Bluejays' win over Utah Tech on Dec. 22, while Lewis garnered his fourth Freshman of the Week honor of the season after his dominant play at Seton Hall on Dec. 23.

BIG EAST Player of the Week
Josh Dix, Creighton, G, Sr.
Dix contributed on both ends of the floor in Creighton's win over Utah Tech on Dec. 22, finishing with 17 points, six rebounds, five assists, and five steals in 32 turnover-free minutes. Â The 6-6 guard made 4-of-6 shots from the floor - including 3-of-5 from the perimeter - and connected on all six of his free throws. Â Dix's five steals converted into 11 points for CU. Â He became the only Creighton player in the last 20 years to have a game with at least 15 points/five rebounds/five assists/five steals without a turnover.Â

BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Acaden Lewis, Villanova, G, Fr.
Lewis earns his fourth BIG EAST weekly honor of the season after a dominant performance at Seton Hall on Dec. 23. Â The 6-2 guard finished with 16 points, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals as the Wildcats earned their first league win of the season. Â He made 6-of-11 shots on the night, including both attempts from beyond the arc. Â Lewis previously won Freshman of the Week on Nov. 17, Dec. 1, and Dec. 15.

BIG EAST Honor Roll
Michael Ajayi, Butler, F, Gr.
Ajayi posted his 10th double-double of the season on Dec. 22 against NJIT, finishing with 15 points and 12 rebounds in a convincing win for the Bulldogs. Â The 6-7 forward made 7-of-11 shots and added three assists, a steal, and two blocks in 28 minutes.Â

Julius Halaifonua, Georgetown, C, So.
Halaifonua scored 20 points to go with eight rebounds in 27 minutes in the Hoyas' win over Coppin State on Dec. 22. Â The 7-0 sophomore made 7-of-9 shots from the floor and all six free throw attempts. Â He is averaging a career-best 12.5 points per game this season, including 20.5 per game in his last four outings.

KJ Lewis, Georgetown, G, Jr.
Lewis posted a robust stat line for Georgetown last time out against Coppin State on Dec. 22 - 15 points, seven rebounds, three steals, and a career-best eight assists. Â The 6-4 guard made 4-of-7 shots, including 2-of-3 from behind the arc.

Zuby Ejiofor, St. John's, F, Sr.
Ejiofor finished with 14 points and nine rebounds in St. John's' win over Harvard on Dec. 23. Â Five of Ejiofor's nine boards came on the offensive glass. Â The 6-9 forward also added four assists and two steals in 26 minutes of play.

Bryce Lindsay, Villanova, G, Jr.
Lindsay shined in Villanova's win at Seton Hall on Dec. 23, finishing with 15 points, four rebounds, four assists, and a steal in 34 minutes. Â Lindsay made 3-of-7 shots from the perimeter in the Wildcats' first conference win of the season.
