RICHMOND, Va. – Villanova Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving landed Scholar All-America Team status for the Spring 2025 semester, as announced by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of American (CSCAA). This marks the 20
th consecutive year that the teams have been recognized.
A total of 763 teams from 432 institutions were selected with the honors for the 2025 semester. These teams, comprising 18,459 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.
To earn this prestigious honor, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher during the Spring 2025 semester. The women's team garnered a 3.71 average for the spring while the men posted a 3.65.
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
