VILLANOVA, Pa. – Due to extremely low temperatures in the forecast for Sunday, Villanova women's lacrosse has moved its season opener back a day. The Wildcats will now host Towson on Monday, Feb. 9 at 2:00 p.m. from Villanova Stadium.
It will be Villanova's Black History Month Dedication game, with a pregame playing of Lift Every Voice And Sing planned before the national anthem.
Pregame and halftime timing and procedures may be changed in order to accommodate the weather.
