NEW YORK - Mary Moore was named BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week after a dominant performance in Villanova's 18-9 win at Butler on Saturday.

Moore recorded a season-high eight points, scoring a career-best six goals with two assists. The Maryland native notched a hat trick in the second quarter alone and added goals in the first and third to cap a six-goal performance.

She has now posted six hat tricks this season and recorded multiple points in all but two games during her redshirt sophomore campaign. Moore leads the team with 30 goals and 51 points on the year.
