VILLANOVA, Pa. – Villanova women's lacrosse keeps adding to its roster for the upcoming campaign, adding a third transfer in attacker Lily Trout. The Maryland native joins the Wildcats after two years as a starter at High Point, making her way to the Main Line as a junior.

High Point: Started 18 games in both of her seasons with the Panthers … Totaled 67 points over two years with 18 goals as a freshman before a 24-goal, 21-assist campaign in 2026 … Won 46 draw controls in her debut year … Had 11 multi-point outings as a sophomore, including a seven-point effort at Winthrop and four goals against Radford.
Broadneck High School: Four-year state champion with the Bruins varsity lacrosse team … Named an All-American in 2024 in addition to 1st Team All-County and 2nd Team All-Met … Tied the program record for most goals in a season (67) … Also played four years of varsity soccer … Member of the National Honors Society … Was a teammate of Mary Moore in Annapolis.
Personal: One of three children of Jennifer and Casey … Has two siblings, Griffin and Ella … Dad played baseball at the University of Maryland and in the Milwaukee Brewers system … Plans to major in economics … Chose to attend Villanova because of the "high academics and competitive athletic programs."
