VILLANOVA, Pa. – The BIG EAST today released its slate of league games thereby completing the 2026-27 Villanova Men's Basketball schedule. Game times and television coverage will be announced in the coming days.
 
The Wildcats will play 32 regular season games this season, beginning in Rome at the Eternal City Tip-Off on Sunday, Nov. 1.
 
BIG EAST play will get underway for Villanova on Saturday, Dec. 19 at Creighton. The Wildcats welcome Providence to Finneran Pavilion in their home opener on Tuesday, Dec. 22.
 
Villanova will begin the January portion of its slate at Georgetown on Sunday, Jan. 3. The Wildcats will host four BIG EAST foes at Finneran Pavilion in the first month of 2027: Marquette (Saturday, Jan. 9); Seton Hall (Tuesday, Jan. 12); Xavier (Tuesday, Jan. 19); and Creighton (Wednesday, Jan. 27).
 
February begins with a visit to UConn on Wednesday, Feb. 3 followed by the first of two BIG EAST home games at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia. St. John's will meet the Wildcats on Saturday, Feb. 6. Eight days later comes a Super Bowl Sunday clash with the Huskies, who reached the 2026 NCAA Tournament Final, on Feb. 14 in South Philadelphia.
 
The Wildcats' road portion of the BIG EAST regular season concludes with games at St. John's on Tuesday, Feb. 23 and Marquette on Friday, Feb. 26. In the final week of the regular season Villanova hosts DePaul on Wednesday, March 3 and Georgetown on Saturday, March 6 at Finneran Pavilion.

The Wildcats posted a 24-9 record in head coach Kevin Willard's first season at the helm in 2025-26, including a 15-5 mark in BIG EAST regular season play. The Wildcats earned an NCAA Tournament at-large selection.
