PHILADELPHIA (September 24, 2026) - Philadelphia's most iconic college basketball event is back on December 5 at Xfinity Mobile Arena and fans can now secure their seats for the Toyota Men's Big 5 Classic. Tickets are on sale starting today, giving alumni, students, and Philly hoops fans the chance to be part of a can't miss tradition. Tickets can be purchased at XfinityMobileArena.com.

"We're thrilled to welcome fans back for a day that blends competition, community, and the unmistakable energy of Philadelphia."

New this year is a special ticket package built for all‑day family fun: the Family Four Pack, which includes four tickets and a concessions voucher for $100. 

For the fourth-consecutive year, all six of the city's NCAA Division I men's basketball programs have been split into two pods of three teams. For the 2026-27 season, Pod 1 will feature Drexel, Penn and Saint Joseph's while Pod 2 will feature La Salle, Temple and Villanova. 
 
Each team will play the others in their pod at on-campus sites in a round-robin format. The schedule for those games is below.

• Saturday, Nov. 14 - Penn at Saint Joseph's 
• Friday, Nov. 20 - Saint Joseph's at Drexel 
• Tuesday, Nov. 24 - Drexel at Penn 

Pod 2 

• Wednesday, Nov. 11 - La Salle at Villanova 
• Sunday, Nov. 15 – Temple at La Salle 
• Tuesday, Dec. 1 - Villanova at Temple   

The results of the pod games will determine the schedule for a tripleheader at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Saturday, December 5 with the first seed in each pod competing for the Toyota Men's Big 5 championship.
