NCAA Championships (3/15): Recorded a 132nd place overall finish in his first career race at an NCAA meet ... UnderArmour Pre-National Invitational (10/19): Finished sixth in the Wildcats lineup and recorded a time of 25:22.0 at the pre-NCAA meet;
BIG EAST Championships (11/2): Came in 25th overall with a time of 26:48.5 at the conference meet ... Part of a dominant team performance which saw Villanova place all 10 of its competing runners among the top 26 overall finishers ... The Wildcats won their seventh BIG EAST team title and first in five years.
2018: Competed at each of the first five meets of the season ... Was one of the Wildcats scoring runners in the first two meets of the year;
Main Line Invitational (9/14): Came in second on the team and sixth overall at the season opener, where he covered the four-mile course at Haverford in 19:48.4;
Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (9/28): Recorded a time of 24:49.8 over 8000 meters, coming in fourth in the Villanova lineup at a meet that featured 19 nationally-ranked squads among the 33 competing teams;
Princeton Invitational (10/12): Posted a time of 25:37.7 over 8000 meters and came in 90th in a field of more than 200 runners;
BIG EAST Championships (10/27): Recorded a 28th place individual finish at the conference meet with a time of 25:44.9 on the 8000 meter course at Northview Church;
NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9): Came in 80th overall at the regional meet and tallied a time of 33:02.8 over 10,000 meters.

BIG EAST Championships (2/25-2/26): Led off the distance medley relay and advanced to the final of the Mile at the conference meet … Villanova came in fifth in the DMR on the first day of the meet with a time of 9:56.46 … Came in 11
th in the preliminary heats of the Mile with a time of 4:18.51 and finished 12

Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/26): Led off the 4xMile relay as part of a lineup that came in third with a time of 16:31.60 ... Villanova was the top collegiate team in the race behind two teams of athletes representing professional clubs ... The time is the second-fastest indoors in school history, trailing only a school record time of 16:19.0 which was set in 1976 at Dartmouth;
David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/9): Recorded a personal best time of 4:04.68 in the Mile ... Was one of four Wildcats who all crossed the finish line in under 4:05 at the meet;

BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Contributed to the Wildcats team title at the conference meet with points in the 4x800 meter relay and the Mile ... 2021: Tallied personal best times in the 1500 meters and the 3000 meter steeplechase during the year … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the steeplechase for the third time in his career and moved into ninth place in school history in his signature event;
Raleigh Relays (3/25): Opened the outdoor season against strong competition at North Carolina State and recorded a personal best time of 3:50.43 in the 1500 meters;
Virginia Challenge (4/16): Ran the fastest 3000 meter steeplechase race of his career with a time of 8:51.59 at Virginia … The mark was his qualifying time for the NCAA East Preliminary meet and put him ninth on the all-time Villanova performance list;
Penn Twilight (5/1): Came in sixth in the Mile at Penn with a time of 4:08.95;
BIG EAST Championships (5/14): Came in ninth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:16.13;
NCAA East Preliminary (5/28): Raced in the national quarterfinal heats of the steeplechase in his third career appearance at the NCAA East meet … Posted a time of 9:47.58 while finishing 16
th in his heat.

Penn Relays (4/26): Led off the distance medley relay for the Wildcats ... Overcame a fall on his leg of the race to post a split of 3:06.66 over 1200 meters ... Villanova came in seventh in the Championship of America race with a time of 9:51.32;
BIG EAST Championships (5/10): Runner-up in the steeplechase at the conference meet with a time of 9:02.12 ... Became the first Villanova runner to earn multiple All-BIG EAST honors in the steeplechase ... Scored eight team points which contributed to the Wildcats winning the conference team title and finishing off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the BIG EAST titles;
NCAA East Preliminary (5/24): Competed in the national quarterfinal heats of the 3000 meter steeplechase in his second straight appearance at the East regional meet ... Recorded a time of 8:59.41 and came in 22nd overall ... His result was nine seconds faster and 10 finishing spots higher than where he placed as a redshirt freshman one year earlier.
2018: Ran three races in the 3000 meter steeplechase ... Won a BIG EAST title and advanced to the NCAA East Preliminary in his first collegiate outdoor season;
Raleigh Relays (3/30): Came in fourth in the steeplechase with a time of 8:57.50 ... That mark qualified him for the NCAA East Preliminary later in the year and put him into ninth place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the event;
BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Captured his first career BIG EAST title with a winning time of 9:10.39 in the steeplechase ... Won by a margin of nearly three seconds over the runner-up from Providence ... Became the third Villanova men's runner to win the BIG EAST steeplechase title, and the first since Kippy Keino in 2006;
