CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

Six-year member of the Villanova cross country and middle distance groups from 2016-17 through 2021-22 … Was a part of five BIG EAST team titles during his career, including three straight indoor championships from 2018-20 as well as championships in 2019 both outdoors and in cross country … At the time of his graduation ranked ninth on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the 3000 meter steeplechase (8:51.59) … Three-time qualifier in that event for the NCAA East Preliminary meet … Was the 2018 individual BIG EAST champion in the steeplechase … Including that title as well as the relays was a six-time conference champion and a seven-time All-BIG EAST performer on the track … Excelled academically during his collegiate career and was named to national all-academic teams by the USTFCCCA a total of five times (four in track & field, one in cross country) … Six-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team … Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll all 12 semesters of his collegiate career.

2021: Competed four times during the season … Ran in the Villanova lineup at the BIG EAST Championships and was one of the Wildcats five scoring runners in each of his first three races of the year; Main Line Invitational (9/17): Came in sixth overall and fourth in the team lineup at the season opener … Recorded a time of 19:23.1 over four miles on the Alumni Course at Haverford; Paul Short Run (10/1): Placed 29th overall in a field of more than 350 runners in the Gold race at Lehigh … Was the fifth scoring runner for the Wildcats and posted a time of 23:56.9 over 8000 meters; Princeton Invitational (10/16): Second finisher in the Villanova lineup and placed fourth overall at Princeton with an 8K time of 24:18.5; BIG EAST Championships (10/29): Registered a time of 26:01.8 at Northview Church in the conference championships.

2020: Earned second team All-BIG EAST honors ... One of the top four runners for the Wildcats at both the BIG EAST and NCAA meets; BIG EAST Championships (3/5): Was the third runner across the finish line for Villanova and tallied a 14th place overall finish ... His time of 23:39.5 was a personal best for an 8,000 meter cross country course and the finish was his first career top-20 showing at the BIG EAST cross country meet ... Came in seventh in the Villanova lineup at the meet; UnderArmour Pre-National Invitational (10/19): Finished sixth in the Wildcats lineup and recorded a time of 25:22.0 at the pre-NCAA meet; BIG EAST Championships (11/2): Came in 25th overall with a time of 26:48.5 at the conference meet ... Part of a dominant team performance which saw Villanova place all 10 of its competing runners among the top 26 overall finishers ... The Wildcats won their seventh BIG EAST team title and first in five years.

2018: Competed at each of the first five meets of the season ... Was one of the Wildcats scoring runners in the first two meets of the year; Main Line Invitational (9/14): Came in second on the team and sixth overall at the season opener, where he covered the four-mile course at Haverford in 19:48.4; Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (9/28): Recorded a time of 24:49.8 over 8000 meters, coming in fourth in the Villanova lineup at a meet that featured 19 nationally-ranked squads among the 33 competing teams; Princeton Invitational (10/12): Posted a time of 25:37.7 over 8000 meters and came in 90th in a field of more than 200 runners; BIG EAST Championships (10/27): Recorded a 28th place individual finish at the conference meet with a time of 25:44.9 on the 8000 meter course at Northview Church; NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9): Came in 80th overall at the regional meet and tallied a time of 33:02.8 over 10,000 meters.

2017: One of the scoring runners for the Wildcats in all five of his starts during the season ... Earned a spot in the team's lineup at both the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional; Main Line Invitational (9/15): Opened the season with an 11th place individual finish ... Recorded a time of 20:05.5 over four miles and was the third Villanova runner across the finish line; Paul Short Run (9/29): Recorded a time of 24:58.6 over 8000 meters in the gold race at the Lehigh meet; Penn State National Open (10/13): Came in 45th overall at the meet and registered a time of 26:25.1 over 5.2 miles; BIG EAST Championships (10/28): Placed 22nd overall at his first career conference meet and recorded a time of 25:34.3 in the 8000 meter race; NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/10): Finished in 55th place overall at the regional meet and covered the 10K course at Lehigh in 31:37.1.

2016: Competed as an unattached runner four times during the season; Big 5 Invitational (9/9): Recorded a time of 19:33.9 over 6000 meters and finished 11th at the meet; Main Line Invitational (9/16): Came in 11th with a time of 19:58.5 over four miles; Paul Short Run (10/1): Ran in the open race at the meet and finished in 18th place with a time of 25:03 over 8000 meters; Haverford Invitational (10/21): Came in first at the meet and finished with a time of 20:28.0 in the four-mile race.

2022: Competed at the Rutgers Open and the BIG EAST Championships during the season; Rutgers Open (2/11): Came in fifth in the 1000 meters with a personal best time of 2:28.40; BIG EAST Championships (2/25-2/26): Led off the distance medley relay and advanced to the final of the Mile at the conference meet … Villanova came in fifth in the DMR on the first day of the meet with a time of 9:56.46 … Came in 11th in the preliminary heats of the Mile with a time of 4:18.51 and finished 12th in the final the next day in 4:29.13.

2020: One of the team's top performers at the BIG EAST Championships as Villanova won its third straight indoor conference title ... 2019: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 3000 meter steeplechase for the second straight year ... Also was an All-BIG EAST performer in the steeplechase ...
