Each member of the Villanova University community has a responsibility to ensure that their conduct complies with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and University policies and procedures. The best place to initially raise a concern or ask a question is through supervisory or department channels, following established policies and procedures. Ethics Point is a contracted service that community members should use to report potential illegal or fraudulent conduct, waste of funds, abuse of property, or non-emergency criminal activity, or other violations of law or regulation. Ethics Point also provides a mechanism to report any concerns anonymously.
